Chef John Karbowski is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and the International Culinary Academy and has worked for chefs such as: Massimiliano Alajmo in Italy, Gerard Vie in France and Simon Haigh in England. He spent nearly a decade in the Bay Area at restaurants such as Cetrella, Pampas Palo Alto, El Paseo and Casanova in Carmel. He recently returned to Pittsburgh and he is a graduate of Bishop Canevin High School.
