Dishing with the Vicar

Join Fr. Sam Esposito, our Regional Vicar, as he shares his love of cooking with you and up to seven guests in your home for a dinner party you won’t soon forget. Father Sam will introduce you to some skills as together you prepare a meal from antipasti to dessert, including homemade limoncello. While the exact menu will be determined with the winner, every guest brings an apron and comes ready to chop, stir and help in the meal prep. The prep time will not only be spent talking about food and various methods of presenting delicious menus, but also some inside scoop on what’s happening in the diocese from parish planning to evangelization.
